The prices shown are our recommended retail prices. We reserve the right to vary our suggested retail prices without notice. Prices states include VAT.

 

Payment and Title

Invoices are dated on the day of dispatch and payment is required before goods are dispatched. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. For account customers payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We retain title to all goods supplied by us until payment has been received in full. In the event of an account becoming overdue we reserve the absolute right to withhold goods, services or credit and to apply interest charges.

 

Delivery 

Trailers 

- Prices shown do not include the cost of delivery. The trailer will need to be collected from our workshop. If the trailer needs to be delivered please contact us prior to making an order for a competitive quote on 01276 855566.

Parts 

- Prices stated do not include the cost of delivery. When you checkout using our online shop you will be able to choose the required delivery method and the price will be stated. If you order over the phone the delivery cost will be stated before we take payment. 

-Parts are dispatched  using a 24hr next working day delivery or first class post to Mainland UK (not including the highlands) Please check that your post code is included in our delivery before ordering. If you need prices to other European countries then please don't hesitate to contact us.

-Next working Day 24hr delivery is our normal level of service for delivery of parts over 2kg.

-Delivery times may be extended during exceptionally busy periods, or periods of BAD weather. However this will be kept to an absolute minimum. During extended delivery times we will do all that is possible to ensure that your delivery arrives to you as soon as possible, but these delays may be beyond our control.

-Once parts have left De Graaff Trailers and entered the delivery system, it will be delivered to the customer as soon as the courier company is able to do so, (if not within its usual level of service).

-Please do not book time off work or make special arrangements for receiving a delivery until you have a confirmed tracking number or have called De Graaff Trailers on 01276 855 566 for confirmation of a delivery date.

-All payments need to clear by 1pm to be eligible to enter the 24hr delivery service. 

-A specified delivery date is not a condition of sale.

-All of the parts are sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or DPP International delivery where applicable and is chargeable.

-If the courier offers a tracking number we usually send a notification to you with the tracking number. -Please allow a suitable time before contacting us about delivery issues , up to 3 days, all items are sent out ASAP but we don't have control over the couriers.

-If an item gets lost in the post we will send out a replacement once courier confirms the item has been lost.

General

It is the responsibility of the user of any road vehicle to ensure that its use, whether singly or in combination with any other vehicle is in compliance with current construction, lighting and use regulations. Our goods are sold on the understanding that they will not be used on any public highway until they comply with the law. All braked trailers are fitted fully compensated, auto reverse brakes actuated by hydraulically damped over-run inertia coupling, on all wheels in compliance with EEC directive 71/320.Where possible all fabricated steel work is hot dipped galvanized.

 

Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into the website. To view the Privacy Policy, please click on the link at the bottom of the page.

 

Warranty

Any Trailer found to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, free of charge, provided it is returned to our works carriage paid and provided such defects have occurred whilst under proper use.  Liability will be limited to the supply of replacement part or parts and not any consequential loss or damage resulting therefrom whatsoever.  In the case of components not of our manufacture then these items will only carry such guarantee as given by the makers. All other warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied by common law, trade custom or otherwise, are expressly excluded.

 

Warranty Claims

1.Please send detailed pictures of the faulty part to sales@dg-trailers.co.uk for us to look at.

2.Then please return it at your own expense to: De Graaff Trailers Gracious Pond Road, Chobham, Surrey, GU248HJ

3.We will supply a replacement part within 30 days of accepting that the part is faulty.

 

Cancellations and Amendments

Orders can be cancelled or amended within seven working days of order date. Orders cancelled after this time scale may incur a charge. If any items need to be returned this will be at the buyers expense.

 

Refunds

-We cannot accept returns on any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured correctly to your specification.

-The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.

-The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new.

-Notice must be received in writing to notify us of your intention to cancel the order, stating your reasons why, date of purchase and contact details.   

-If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the above address.

-We recommend you use a delivery service that offers and tracking number and insures the goods when returning items until you have returned the products to us.

-When making a return your original invoice must be included to show your proof of purchase.

-Upon return the item will be inspected, if returned as new then a refund or exchange will be made minus any delivery costs incurred by us.

-We will refund any amounts due within 30 days of return.

 

These terms and conditions are an addition to and in no way affect your statutory rights.
